Over the past 20 years, I have had the privilege of assisting hundreds of clients with their home purchases and sales in Arizona. My clients often share that I am a skillful listener, take time to truly understand their needs and have extensive knowledge about the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale real estate market. I make sure my clients are well-informed throughout the buying/selling process by explaining all the related documents and timelines thoroughly.

My negotiation skills have proven to be effective. Resulting in record sale prices for home sellers and great deals for home buyers. Prior to establishing my real estate practice, I held leadership positions in various technology functions for prominent corporations such as CDI, ConAgra, and Honeywell.

Beyond my professional background, my wife, Dory and I have personally bought and sold homes in Michigan, New Jersey, Nebraska, and Arizona through different corporate relocation programs. This personal experience has allowed me to be a valuable resource for those relocating to Arizona.

Dory and I have two adult children, a daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. We enjoy taking cruises and visiting new locations.
